Yes today was a great day I am three years old now which is my official age because that is when we are counting from so it was my birthday and it was another brilliant one. To start off I got up quite early for me because I was excited and I had not had a very good night's sleep anyway because I was thinking about today all the time so when I woke up at about ten o'clock I wanted to get straight up and see what was going on and it was just as well I did because when we went in the front room there was a nice pile of presents all for me!

My friend Helen had got a great big floaty balloon for me with a pirate skully on it and it was over all my presents which was wrapped up in nice paper and on a treasure map too. So then we spent a nice time unwrapping

and there was everything I could have wanted there. The first things I got will come in very handy now it is getting colder

yes! they are some slippers and they are very comfy I can tell you and piratey too :¬)

I was very pleased when I opened the next ones because they was all treasure for me and made of proper real silver as well. I got a special "B" which is for Bun and is like my SuperBun symbol

and there was a special Silver Carrot that my friend Helen had made and was just like Mister Carrot I think except his leaves might be a bit more manky but he did not get jealous or anything

but the best one was the one that was a present for me and my friend Helen as well which was two chains one with a little heart with a "H" on and one with a "B" which is for Helen and Bun and they have got a silver rabbit and a tiny skully on which has got diamonds which are real for it's eyes too! The best thing is we can wear them all the time and then if my friend Helen is away on her own for any reason she can wear the "B" and I can wear the "H" so we swap over and then we will keep contact all the time through that.

My friend Helen went and got a mirror out of the bathroom so I could have a look for myself and I think it is very me

Next there was some very heavy little ones and when I opened them they was a proper telescope for spying out the situation and a proper compass with a sundial on it too that is like Captain Jack Sparrow's magic one I reckon

and the good thing is the next present was a DVD of The Golden Compass which I did see at the pictures but I really liked and I am looking forward to watching again.

But it would not be my birthday if I did not have any good new costumes to wear and the last present was the best of all because it was one my friend Helen had made for me and was a Knight In Armour costume so I put it all on and my friend Nick had done a helmet too with a crown which means I am King Bun when I am wearing it! (The money which is my booty is just chocolate but I can sell it to my friend Helen later and turn it into real money ;¬)

I think it is very fine and I will wear it tomorrow when I am watching Merlin on the telly and the crown comes off too for when I am indoors and not having a war or anything so I don't need a helmet

There was some cards too and my friend Nick had made one which was a bit cheeky with me on a telly as SuperBun and Mister Carrot watching and he is saying "I like this programme because there is a carrot in it"

Then we all went out into the kitchen because the day bafore my friend Helen had been very busy doing a secret thing and now I found out what it was...she was making me a cake and it was just right for my Knight in Armour costume because it was a castle with chocolate for the crinkly bits and for the front gate too

and there was lots more candles than three which would have been the right amount for my age but we blowed them out anyway and then I could sit a bit nearer because I do not like fire very much but you have got to have it so you can make a wish which you must not tell anyone.

On the top of the castle was little flags with me on and carrots

I was so happy and I think my friend Helen is very clever and I love her very much.

After that the postyman came and he brought me two more cards which was from my friend Helen's family and some more presents too which was from my friend Ellie and was a Pirates of the Caribbean pen with Davy Jones on and some carrot seeds as well which I am looking forward to planting next year and a card that she had done all special drawings on so I will say thankyou very much for that.

Well I was quite busy looking through all my stuff for a while I can tell you but soon it was time to go to the pictures which was what I decided to do for my treat and we went to Wimbledon which was not my best choice but there was not much on at my favourite cinema which is Clapham Picture House. We saw a film that is called Tropic Thunder and is VERY funny even though there is a LOT of swearying and rude stuff in it and I can say it is One To Watch although I cannot give it any official Paws because of what I was saying with the rude stuff.
Then we wanted to see another film which is called City Of Ember and they keep advertising it on the telly so I wanted to see it because it looked good but there was a problem with that because we had done our times right but they had advertised it all wrong so we could not hang about because it was another hour to wait before it was on so it would make us too late. Instead we came home and I watched my Deal Or No Deal and that was just fine by me but we will still go and see the film in the end because I have been promised that we will go to this place that is called The British Museum on monday and I should be able to see it then as well when we are Up Town which is where the museum is.

So all in all I had a brilliant day and I hope that everyone likes my pictures and I think I am very lucky indeed and I want to say thankyou very very much to everybody for all my birthday wishes too and there will no doubt be some more for me to do a blog about on monday with anything that happens :¬)
