Now as well as the pigeon we have got another bird making a nest which is called a thrush and it has decided to build it in the ivy that grows along the top of our wall which is very thick and tangly so probably looks like a good place to the mummy thrush but I am not so sure because the squirrels and the cats can see where it is and they never give up and my friend Helen says they have a "one track mind". I think that the thrush is trying to shame the pigeon though because where the pigeon has made a stinky raft which looks like it will fall down if the wind blows a bit hard the thrush is taking tons and tons of twigs into where it is building so I think it is making a bird nest fortress.
